How I work

What it's like to work together.

We'll agree on the work, price, and responsibilities before the project starts.

  1. Agree on the work and price.

    We write down what each stage includes and what it costs. You approve the work before I begin, and we agree on any changes before they add to the bill.

  2. Review the work before accepting it.

    Changes receive a second review by a person or another AI model. I explain the issues found, what was fixed, and anything that still needs attention.

  3. Keep your accounts in your name.

    Your business owns its accounts, code, and data. You give me the access needed for the project, and that access can be removed when the work ends.

  4. Leave you with instructions you can use.

    You receive the code, backups, and instructions for running the software, managing access, and handling common problems.

Is this the kind of help you need?

I work best on projects with a clear problem to solve and someone available to answer questions and make decisions. I can take responsibility for the build, explain the options, and keep you informed as it develops.

If you need a large team immediately or are still deciding what to build, tell me that at the start. I also offer technical assessments and help choosing software; we can agree on those as a separate piece of work.

What happens after the call?

I'll send you a written recommendation. If the project is a fit, I'll follow up with the proposed work and a fixed price within three business days.

Can you help after the first project?

Yes. I usually start with a defined piece of work so you can see how I work. After that, we can agree on ongoing support or further improvements.

Who owns the code and accounts?

You do. Your business owns the code, accounts, and data. You'll receive the files and instructions needed to keep using what I've built.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. When an agency manages the project, we agree on responsibilities and who makes decisions before work begins. The client's business keeps ownership of its code and accounts.

Can you take on a small project?

Yes. A project can be one clearly defined problem with an agreed price. Tell me what you need, and I'll let you know whether it makes sense to bring me in.
